 What began as a seasonal drive-in called Cal's transformed into a dine-in establishment in the late 1970s when it was purchased by Patsy Dickens. For 40 years, Patsy's served breakfast and lunch. When she finally decided to retire, the diner was also slated for closure. However, a loyal patron and interim owner operated the diner until a new, ambitious owner could be found. In 2022, Nic Robertucci and Carrie Bradford emerged as that perfect match. 

 Within their first six months of operation, they were awarded a silver medal for Best Diner in the Finger Lakes in the FLX Finest contest and by 2024 the Small Business of the year Food and Beverage with the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce.  You can often find Nic and Carrie at the diner, working alongside their employees—some of whom are family members, while others have become like family. Their goal is to make patrons feel as though they are enjoying a meal in the comfort of their own homes.
